OK, so I have a busy bee lately filling custom orders of cupfakes and more than happy about it!
However the last two days I have been so BLAH. I don't have a reason why. Could be the rain, who knows. Trying my best to shake the blahs. So I am making eggplant for dinner which I love. Food to lift the spirits? Wouldn't be the first time lol!
